Ms. Emira Ajeti is a Senior Consultant at Novus Consulting, and has had the chance to develop, manage and implement various projects, lead different sizes of project staff, as well as build and nurture relationships with contractors, outsourced partners for the past seven years, in both the Balkans and the US. Prior to moving to the Private Sector in Kosovo, Ms. Ajeti has worked for three years at the Regional Environmental Center (REC) as Expert on Local Initiatives and Civil Society Support with a focus on Green Economy and Sustainable Development. She has also nurtured much of her networking, strategic planning, and structural thinking skills during the two years of her work as a Policy Advisor to the Minister of the Economy and Finance of Kosovo, when she led the Kosovo National branding campaign, as well as was in charge of the process of Kosovo’s membership to the IMF, and later on Kosovo’s membership to the World Bank, both successfully concluded in 2009.
Ms. Ajeti holds a Master of Business Administration from the Bentley University, McCallum Graduate School of Business in Massachusetts. Whereas her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as Journalism and Mass Communication, is from the American University in Bulgaria.
